Windows Media Player Tech Tips
 
If you are having issues listening to any of the shows on the shows page or listening to KQAQ online (streaming audio), try the following tips...
  • The best way to avoid listening problems, is to update to the latest version of Windows Media Player. Click Here
  • If your Windows Media Player does not automatically open and play these files...
    1. Open Windows Media Player and click on Tools in the toolbar at the top of the program.
    2. Then click on Options...
    3. Then click on the File Types tab...
    4. Make sure Windows Media Audio file (wma) is checked and click OK.
  • If your Windows Media Player does not show the top toolbar...
    1. Right click on the menu bar containing "burn", "rip", etc. (A menu will pop up.)
    2. Scroll to Tools then Options...
    3. Then click on the File Types tab...
    4. Make sure Windows Media Audio file (wma) is checked and click OK.
